*There are plenty of oils, but these three oils are the healthiest. When choosing which oil to use, these are your best choices.
1 Do not cook with EVOO. Many chefs heat it in the cooking process. They are dumb… do not listen to them. Once EVOO is heated, the chemical make-up changes and you lose the health benefits of it.
2 When shopping for EVOO, try to find dark green oil inside dark green glass bottle. Keep bottles away from any light as this changes the chemical makeup of the oil, therefore reducing the benefits.
3 Omega-6 Fatty Acids help body to burn fat instead of storing it. Building blocks for prostaglandins in the body. Prostaglandins are hormone-like substances that help to balance blood pressure, control muscle contractions and guide the inflammatory response to the immune system.
* Use only sunflower oil, safflower oil, walnut oil, or coconut oil. All are good for frying and have beneficial properties. So it’s actually healthy for you.
